How to end date benefit element entry

One of our clients has requested a change in the current configuration related to their 401k Benefits Plan, below is the detailed requirement and background of the current setup.
Current Configuration:• The client offers a 401k Benefits Plan to employees with two enrollment options:• Yes – The employee opts into the plan (this is the default selection).• No – The employee opts out of the plan.• As part of this configuration, a Benefits Element was created specifically for the 401k deductions.• A Fast Formula is attached to this element, which determines whether deductions should be applied or not, based on the employee’s selection.• If the employee selects No, the Fast Formula logic ensures that no 401k deduction occurs from their pay.
