Issue with ADP and employee who was never hired.

Hi, we have a situation. Sometimes, an employee is hired, but never joins.

In such scenarios, as a part of hiring process, a record get created in ADP via data bridge. Now this employee never joins.

So we have data out of sync in ADP and Fusion.

How is this supposed to work on ADP side and the this record gets terminated in ADP too? Doing this manually, is not ideal.

Any thoughts?
