Need to create Custom Email Notification Workflow with Response Tracking Endpoints

Summary:

We have a new requirement to identify passive candidates (created in ORC) and send a custom notification to their home email addresses. This communication will be executed in Four separate runs.

Please let us know if you have any input or can assist with this initiative.

Email 1 (Day 1): Initial Outreach

Sent to all identified passive candidates.

Email contains 3 options:

Join Talent Community – Redirects to a talent community page (with tracking)

Unsubscribe – Custom link that captures the candidate’s ID/email and marks them as "Do Not Contact.”

Do Nothing – No action tracked.

Email 2 (Day 3): First Reminder

Sent only to candidates who did not opt into the Talent Community and did not unsubscribe.
