Redwood: Unable to access a requisition with a status of 'Draft - In Progress' with no title

A requisition was started in Redwood UI and not completed. When attempting to access the requisition, there is no title for users to click to access the requisition in Redwood UI. Is there a way to configure the Redwood UI to open requisitions when clicking on the requisition number and not just the requisition title?

The screenshots below show Redwood UI (left) and Responsive UI (right). In Responsive UI, the requisition number is clickable, and users are able to open the requisition to complete the necessary details to progress the requisition.
