How to set HCM Rules for employment info

Hi everyone!

I have a question about configuring some rules with HCM Experience Design studio.

Our client asked us to hide all the employment info for the employee. So we created a rule and hid all the fields. This rule works correctly in fact the employee does not see the employment information for himself.

However, if we also add the role of manager to this employee, the manager does not see the employment information of his direct reports. I checked the rule but there is no way to distinguish if the employee sees the info for himself or for others.
