Like Mapping how to assign one to one mapping first then other source member linked to dummy member

I want to achieve source member to target member (1 to 1 member) mapping, but star to star will map it to a target member that doesn't exist in the application. Ideally, the target member that does not exist in the application should map to a dummy member.
