Issue when creating a View only Role for PRs- SSP

Summary:

I am trying to create a custom role for SSP- PRs view Only, i have added those privileges to the custom role

Manage Requisition

View Requisition

View Requisition - All

And gave BU access to the user, and defined as an employee and have the procurement agent as well

The error is showing same as below

You aren't assigned to a business unit that supports requisitioning. Please contact your help desk. (POR-2010674)

When you contact your help desk, share this info: In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Business Unit Data Access for Users task. Use this task to give the user access to an active business unit that supports requisitioning.
