25B issue Line Manage editable in Change Manager flow

Post 25B upgrade, line manager is being editable in change manager flow, we are able to edit and delete the line manager.

Post 25B upgrade, line manager is being editable in change manager flow, we are able to edit and delete the line manager.

We use position hierarchy for assigning line managers and line manager should be the parent position incumbent and not editable in change manager flow.

Impact - this is causing managers to update their line managers which is reflecting on assignment until next position sync process is run, causing a lot of confusion for employees.
