Flexfield in PERSON EIT displays blank when mapped to Value set with type Table

We have created a Value set as type "Table" for a flex field in PER_PERSON_EIT_EFF. We are trying to fetch the max effective start date of the
Person for the context with Bind Parameters "PERSON_ID" and "EFFECTIVE_START_DATE" but the flex field is displayed as blank. Kindly assist on fetching the Effective start date from Per_People_Extra_Info_f table based on the Effective start date selected for Person Search.
