Cannot access Database Actions on my OCI tenancy.

I use an Oracle free tier Autonomous Database on my account for an APEX application. So, the workload type is APEX.

I can login into my OCI account, however I cannot access any Database action like SQL or REST, the message I get is "Account is locked".

So it seems the ADMIN account is locked, however I cannot change this situation.

I cannot acess the db by any other means, because it needs to be an ATP to download the wallet. I also cannot change the database to ATP, as my account does not show the option to edit the workload type as indicated in the documentation.
