Job Offers Stuck in "Processing in Progress" Status

Summary:

We are currently facing an issue with several job offers that remain in the "Processing in Progress" status. These offers are part of our HR phase, which is configured with automatic processing that should complete after 30 days.

Despite this setup, the job offers have not moved to the "Processed" or "Completed" status as expected.

We have already run the following two processes, but unfortunately, they did not resolve the issue:

  1. Complete the Recruiting Process
  2. Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Offer Actions

Could you please advise why the offers are stuck in this status and how we can proceed to complete them manually or fix the automatic processing?
