Unable to reassign approval(position based) transaction for Job offer

Hi ,

We are unable to reassign job offer approval transaction even though we have necessary privilege and we are able to reassign for other transactions.

We came across some document that reassign transaction cannot be done when approval is position based.

Is this correct?

If yes, what is workaround for such transactions where approval is position based and need reassignment?

If no , what could be possible issue that causes unable to reassign job offer?

We checked and added below privileges along with seeded roles:

  • ER_CUSTOMIZE_APPROVAL_NOTIFICATION_PRIV
  • PER_MANAGE_APPROVAL_RULES_PRIV
  • PER_PERFORM_APPROVAL_TRANSACTION_ACTIONS_PRIV
