Assigned Areas of Responsibility from Template does not go for approval

Summary:

Assigned Areas of responsibility when using the option "Add from template" does not go for approval even though the responsibility type is set up to go for approval. When you directly create the responsibility, for the same responsibility type, so manually created, it does go for approval.

There is no VB configuration - so no hidden fields on the page.

Also, in Area of Responsibility Templates, when you filter on "Bypass preview" and set it to Yes, there is no value, the templates show up only under Bypass preview No.

How to make sure it does not bypass approval? Is it a bug?
