Is there a way to remove the ability to use push back, escalate, and suspend?

We would like to know if there is a way to remove the ability to push back, escalate, and suspend from the hiring manager?

After testing all the new Redwood features, we don't think these new actions would be useful for our hiring managers.

We especially don't find Suspend to be useful when it doesn't send any kind of notification to the recruiter.

Also, can we remove the ability to add assignees/approvers when its pending the HM approval?
