Oracle Process Automation - Request Info action is not sending an email to assignee

Hi Experts , In OIC Gen3 - OPA we have request info option to request for an information from an assignee. However on Request info , it is not sending the user or assignee an email to notify . Is there a way the task triggers an automatic email to assignee so that the user know he/she has an action item.
