We have an issue related to FLSA rate for California based client
Summary:
We have an issue where an employee is paid at a higher FLSA rate in a pay period and then in the subsequent pay period system make a retroactive entry for previous pay period at lower FLSA rate, reversing the payment at higher FLSA rate and making the new payment at lower FLSA rate.
The system should always pay at higher blended FLSA rate and no retro should have triggered.
