Redwood Additional Person Information doesn't allow you to select a contact

Summary:

We utilize various EITs on Employees, Nonworkers, and their dependents/contacts. Today, I noticed that in the Redwood Additional Person Information page, I can't pull up dependents/contacts from the Redwood screen. Does anyone know if there is a solution to this (besides having my Benefits team populate/update the person EIT navigating through Person Management, which is unsupported and which I am trying to get them to stop using)?

Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
