User with Mac is unable to connect to Smartview from the file with HSGETVALUE function

Hi,
One of our users is unable to connect to Smartview when trying to open the excel file with HSGETVALUE function (prod env.). The file never refreshes.
I believe the issue is in her MacOS settings as when she tried to log in from another laptop everything worked.

Any idea what we can check? The issue is definitely not in VPN, TLS settings also look fine.
