Redwood Personal Payment methods - deleting a payment method does not inactivate the bank account

Summary:

Users are able to delete a payment method but the corresponding bank account remains active. This should automatically deactivate within a 24 hour period. Furthermore, if a user clicks the inactivate user button it will continue to show the bank account as linked.

Screen shot of payment methods. In this example, user deleted payment method ending in 6248. In the bank accounts screen, the account shows active and still linked. Several days have passed so it is beyond a 24 hour window to make the bank account inactive. The bank account still shows linked as well. We are looking for guidance on how to auto deactivate the bank account and unlink it when a payment method is deleted.
