Supplier Address import FBDI process fails when using city name as primary name

edited Jul 3, 2025 2:47PM in Supplier Management 1 comment

Supplier Addresses FBDI Import is failing when using city name as alternate name, the same alternate name we were able to see when we are creating via frontend.

eg: for state South Dakota, City is defined as North Sioux City as Primary, when we are using N Sioux City(Alternate Name) FBDI import is failing but N Sioux City is visible via front end

We are getting the following error message.

The address isn't valid. At least 1 of the address attributes wasn't validated. Review the address format and geography setup for more details.

Our expectation is for the FBDI import process to accept the alias name "N Sioux City" along with "North Sioux City" since we are able to see N Sioux City through the UI.

Howdy, Stranger!
