HCM Communicate Campaign for New Hire
We are planning to activate a welcome campaign for New Hire. This campaign will be composed by a primary email, that contains practical useful information for the first day, and a follow-up email with a legal document attached.
To create this use case we assume to use an Ongoing Campaign, using an Eligibility profile audience, but which is the right criteria to use to identify New Hire?
Is it a good option use the criteria "Hire Date"? Is there any other option criteria to use as a Best Practice?
