QR Code Generate for recognize or award by employees or Managers

Summary:

Can we generate a QR Code such that employees or Managers can scan the code using their mobile phone and be able to nominate employees for recognition or award programs without having to login to HCM application and navigate to Celebrate and do the nomination. There are certain types of employees who are field employees where they do not log into HCM application regularly, so they are not able to remember the navigation or the steps to do the nomination. in the HCM system.

Does HCM system allow this capability or is there something similar where-in employees can use their mobile phones to be able to directly go to celebrate page using deep links
