Grade Field required but Job are being created/updated/₢orrected without filling this field

When we don't fill any information on the Valid Grade Field and click on submit, no message error is shown. This is a required field and it was not supposed to let the job to be created, edited or corrected. The required message only appears if we click on "add" button and it is not acceptable, since the field is required to be filled.
