Can we use the RequestInformationFlowURL when creating alerts in BI

We have previously created a notification to Request More Information from a candidate via the Recruiting Content Library > Category is Automated Job Application Request Info Notification and we have used the RequestInformationFlowURL token so that the candidate will be directed straight to the fields they need to populate.

Now, we are working on creating a separate email alert via OTBI to send a reminder to the candidate every 3 days if they still have not completed the fields. However, we are unable to replicate the RequestInformationFlowURL link. When we tried replicating the URL (which appears to contain the requisition number and the submission ID; see screenshot below) the page says "This link is no longer active."
