Cannot find the Pending Worker

Summary:

Our HR/Recruiter has proceed the candidate with "Move to HR" and the status of the Candidate HR - Processing in Progress

I can view it from the Manage Job Offer tab with status as Processing in Progress

Pending Worker list cannot find the candidate called "Banks"

But Under Manage Job Offer, can find Banks status as Processing in Progress

Yesterday we have similar issue, but after 12AM, the candidate can be shown on the Pending Worker list.

Can I check if any scheduled process is required to reflect the candidate on the Pending Worker list?
