Ability to report on the agents whose job requisition invitation was either removed/deleted.

We are currently facing a challenge to report on the agents whose job requisition invitation was either removed/deleted.

We have a case where in a candidate job application was created by the agency. The Source details displays the agency name. This agency is currently not dispplayed in the "Stafing Agents" section in the "Posting Tab". Probably due to either the recruiter has removed the Invitation or due UI issue.

We notice that once an agent is removed from the UI, the who columns and the history of deletions is not being captured in the backend.

Is there any provision to report on such cases? As of now there is no provision to enable Audit on the "Staffing Agents" tagged on the Job Requisition.
