SCORM 2004 Mastery Score XML tag

First of all, Mastery score works well with SCORM 1.2,

We published a few courses with SCORM 2004 2nd edition.

And with that, Mastery score didn't seem to work.

Then, I saw another post, with suggestion to use different variable name for Mastery Score such as cmi.scaled_passing_score.

From an Articulate Storyline we’re using the appropriate publishing settings to pass the mastery score to Oracle Learning. But it looks like the information Oracle needs is not added by Articulate into the imsmanifest.xml in the SCORM 2004 package. I tried adding the line in the file which allowed the mastery score to be shown in the content settings in Oracle, but the course does not play. I get the same symptom as the last person’s comment in this Articulate forum discussion:
