RSSP: VBS Access to personalize the page

Hi,

We are going live with RSSP. In production environment, we have assigned following roles:

IT Security Manager

Procurement Catalog Administrator

Application Implementation Consultant

Procurement Application Administrator

Application Administrator (ORA_FND_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB)

Application Developer (ORA_FND_APPLICATION_DEVELOPER_JOB)

Procurement Preparer

Synchronization Enabled Developer Identity

Also we ran IDCS Sync Notification process. We waited almost for 12 hours, but we still can not see VBS under configuration.

Whereas, in dev and test environment we were able to see it after couple of hours.

Could anyone advise. what to do next. We did not anticipate such problem while enabling RSSP in production environment. Early response will be appreciated.
