Release status for the purchase orders automatically appeared as "Cancelled"

Summary:

While uploading templates for supply planning, we also loaded the purchase orders template. However, when we ran the plan and checked the output, the release status for the purchase orders appeared as ‘Cancelled,’ which prevented the planned order from being created. This issue seems isolated to the purchase orders only. Could anyone please advise on what might have caused the release status to be automatically set to ‘Cancelled’ and how we can resolve or avoid this issue moving forward?
