Skip the L1 manager from approval workflow chain Change Assignment

Hi All,

We have a requirement where Line Managers will submit a transaction of change assignment and approval workflow should trigger to the management hierarchy of the Line manager.

However, the request is that it should skip the first level manager/L1 manager and approval should directly go to L2 manager and should proceed further with rest of the approval process.

L1 manager in our case is considered as requestor's Line manager and L2 is the next level manager in the hierarchy following the L1 manager. The request is to skip L1 manager and approval should directly go to L2 manager.
