Need to Retrieve All Learner Records using REST API

Hi Experts,

I was able to get the endpoint to retrieve learner records, but it only returns data for the user who runs the API call. My requirement is to retrieve learner data for all users, not just the logged-in user.

Could anyone please help clarify:

1. Is there a different endpoint or query parameter that allows fetching all learners’ records?
2. What specific security roles or privileges need to be assigned to the integration user or API caller to retrieve global learner data?
3. Are there any profile options or data security configurations that must be updated to allow access to broader learner records?
