Summary:

Created a report including incident and Incident Performance tables to display;

  1. First Assigned User Account
  2. First Assigned User Group
  3. First Customer Response User Account
  4. Current Assigned User Account
  5. Current Assigned User Group

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

There may be a situation where an Incident was assigned to a user and group but later assigned to second group. That second group and user account was responsible to send first customer response. I am using inv_type (1- Create to Initial Response and 6 - Create to Initial Assigned) in inc_performance table.
