How can we disable the notice period warning message for employees under probation?

When an employee resigns or is terminated during their probation period, the system shows a warning about the termination date not meeting the notice period. We want to stop this warning from appearing for employees under probation.

We need to add a condition so the warning does not appear if the employee is still under the probation period.
