Issues with progression grades ladders in wrong LDGs

Summary:

We have setup progression grade ladders (which are always tied to an LDG). These grade ladders contain grades in the common set (the grades are also used in other (progression) grade ladders.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When performing employment transactions in Redwood we see all grade ladders, even those that are linked to other LDGs (and which are thus never applicable)…

in the older UIs, we only saw those that were applicable (so if a progression grade ladder is for country 1, then you won't see the grade ladder when hiring/changing assignment/… in country 2).

Does anybody know how to solve this…Oracle support is always referring to sets, but we can't use those as Business Units are really separate from legislations in our case (and we use global grades)
