Hide "When and Why" and other sections for Historical Changes In Employment Info page

• My Client Groups > Employment Info (Redwood) > Historical Changes > Select a row > select the correct button

When making this change I wish to remove the "when and why section"
I am able to hide all the fields but I wish to remove that section.
