Is it possible to change the User Group for an Open SR in My Oracle Support?
Summary:
We have an issue where several in-progress Open Service Requests (SRs) have the wrong User Group associated to them. We do not want to impact the open SR but desire to have the User Group corrected to the right one. The SR primary/alternate owners are members of the corrected User Group. Is this possible?
