OTBI Report isn't showing all employees' data

OTBI Report isn't showing all employees' data. shows only Person number and name.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When creating OTBI report with Person Number and Name it shows data, but when adding position, Location, department or job shows No Results. When choosing only position, department or job shows No Result as well.

User has necessary seeded roles including: Human Resource Analyst, Benefits admin, Manager and specialist, Compensation admin, analyst, manager and specialist, HR roles, and IT security manager

I have access to the Departments, positions, Locations and jobs.

Ran the LDAP Changes process
