What happens to Classic Procurement once 25C Comes?

There is one question in the FAQ about Classic Procurement access which we would like some clarity on. The question and answer in the FAQ is:
"Question: Will Oracle turn off access to the Classic Self Service Procurement application when you receive your 25C quarterly update?
Oracle will not turn off access to the Classic SSP application in 25C, nor automatically enable the Redwood Self Service Procurement application in customer pods unless communicated and documented in the Release Notes.
