Which role has the privilege POR_ALLOW_MASTER_ITEM_OVERRIDE_DURING_SHOPPING_PRIV

It is mentioned that there are 2 privileges that enable changing catalog item pricing. It specifies that this privilege: POR_ALLOW_MASTER_ITEM_OVERRIDE_DURING_SHOPPING_PRIV is in 24A release which we have, but we don't see any role with this privilege.

Can you please clarify which seeded role has the privilege POR_ALLOW_MASTER_ITEM_OVERRIDE_DURING_SHOPPING_PRIV?
