Hello,

We are receiving the below error for one candidate when we are trying to extend the offer letter.

The job offer couldn't be extended. There was a problem with the job offer letter. (IRC-1590777)

This job offer can't be extended because the job offer letter wasn't created by the BI Publisher server.

We validated the Output Format for the Job Offer Letter and it already has HTML as mentioned in the oracle doc. Still the error is appearing.
