error while viewing onboarding documents

Hello, receiving the below error now every time we try to access any onboarding documents tagged to BI publisher.


It says, "Unauthorized Access: Please contact the administrator". This was working fine till last week and this week we are receiving error. Not sure, dint make any changes but this is been appearing now.
