Cannot test Key Terms

We cannot test the key terms. We create a simple prompt to find when a contract ends. We can upload the PDF, but the "Refresh" and "Run Test" buttons are both greyed out. We have the requisite privileges: OKC_MANAGE_GEN_AI_KEY_TERM_SETUP_PRIV, ZCA_USE_GENAI_IN_SALES_PRIV, OKC_EDIT_KEY_TERM_VALUES_PRIV, as well as all of the Contract Admin roles.

When we upload the document, the browser console shows the following error:
