Internal Candidates Applying for positions in a Different Legal Entity
Summary:
We have a few different parent companies (organization) and several legal entities in our system, and when internal candidates apply to these positions, they are often unaware of certain benefit impacts moving between parent companies and legal entities could have on them. Previously, using Taleo we had an automated process where the candidates were informed the position they were applying to was within a different parent company or legal entity and the benefit ramifications of accepting such position.
I am looking for best practices for some kind of automation or identification for these circumstances so the candidates can make the best informed decision.
