How Oracle Business Network connection to dev instance

Hi Oracle Expert,

We are doing some testing on setting up new punchout supplier. We are testing new punchout transaction in testing instance like dev2 and dev3. However, when login into OBN (Oracle business Network) and look at the field "Transmission Type", only see production mode and test mode. So question is

1)will testing mode including all transacation on testing instances (dev 1, dev2…)?

2)how to setup testing mode pointing to individual dev instance? any URL or Doc you can share on how to do this?
