Learning Outlook Calendar integration - no ical file

Hi there Learning gurus,

I have completed the Outlook integration for Oracle Learning. I am in the middle of testing before I hand it over to our Learning Specialists for UAT. They have created an instructor-led course, the instructor-led offering, and the instructor-led activity.

The meeting invite is sent out to the Learner no problem but there is not ical file attached to the meeting invite itself. We also have noticed the meeting details in the invite indicate the meeting organizer has not requested a response for this meeting, and the attendees have been hidden. We would like both a notification to go back to the group mailbox advising of responses plus being able to see who has accepted/declined that meeting date/time.
