Customize Transaction Manager in Redwood UI

Requirement: Transaction Manager should only show the Transactions/ Quotes which belongs to a user logged in or user group that user is a part of. Other quotes should not be visible to them. Additional filter criteria is also possible like, Brand, Country, User/ User Group etc.

Issue: We are not able to find a way to customize this action. Any help/ recommendation will be appreciated.
