Any approval rule for Edit Job Requisition

Hello Everyone.

Does anyone know if we can set approval rule when the user updating the job requisition.

We have set the approval rule for "Approve Job Requisition"

However, when the recruiting is using the "pencil" to update the job requisition, there is no approval after update.

Can I check if we can set a approval to prevent the recruiter directly update the job requisition details without approval?
