SDM Validation Unable to Retrieve FCCS Account Balance Values

We are currently facing an issue where, 

Supplemental Data Management validation process is unable to fetch account balance values from FCCS. Despite having the necessary data integrations and mappings in place, the validation step fails to retrieve the expected financial data while opening a SDM form. Expected behavior is SDM should fetch account balance based on POV supplied and validate the input data. In our case Validation is showing 0 amount and not fetching FCCS POV amount.

Can you please help us understand the root cause or the integration gap?
