404 Error in Test Environment After Recreating Services for Production Snapshot Import

Hi Team,

Description:
As part of the clone process, we manually uploaded the production snapshot to the test environment. After completing the snapshot upload, we successfully recreated all the necessary services.

Following the service recreation, we accessed the home page listing all applications without issue. However, upon selecting the Narrative application from this page, we encountered a 404 Not Found error.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Manually upload production snapshot to test environment.
  2. Recreate necessary services successfully.
  3. Access the home page where all applications are listed.
  4. Select the Narrative application.
  5. Observe 404 error.

Expected Result:
The Narrative application should open without error.

Actual Result:
