PO change order is rejected by approver but still shows pending after PR cancellation.

Summary: We have a situation where a Purchase Order was created. User created a change order 1 but the approval got rejected. However, purchase order shows change order pending. (Please see uploaded screen shot).

We have Purchase Order PXTII-PO-000511, which was created from Requisition PXTII-R-000372. After the requisition was canceled, a change order on the PO was submitted and subsequently rejected. However, the system continues to display the change order as pending, rather than reflecting its rejected status.

We would like to know whether there is a way to remove this change order from the Lifecycle as this may cause confusion for users where they may think there is still a change order in effect when this is not the case.
